Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. We do not ship outside of the United States. Shipping is free for orders $75.00 and over, $5.00 for orders under $75.00.
Where do your products ship from?
All orders ship from our location in Tampa, Florida.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we do not ship internationally.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Follow up emails will also provide shipping and delivery updates.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
How do I start a return?

What if my item arrives damaged?

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping for all orders. Simply add a note at checkout requesting gift wrapping and include any special message you'd like included.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Many items are restocked regularly, though some pieces are limited edition. Sign up for notifications on product pages to be alerted when items return to stock.

Yes! Trunk shows feature our full current collection, and you'll have the opportunity to see products in person before purchasing.
Do I need to RSVP for events?
While RSVPs aren't always required, we appreciate knowing you're coming! Check individual event announcements for RSVP details.
